What sets CCW Safe apart from all other so-called "insurance programs", is CCW Safe IS NOT an insurance program. They are a SELF-DEFENSE PLAN. Insurance companies can arbitrarily deny your claims for a myriad of different reasons that may not be evident to you at signing.
As many of you might already know, I had USCCA at the time of my self-defense event. While they allowed me to choose my own attorney, and paid her in a timely manner, (which I thought was amazing), my satisfaction with them ended there. Once they were made aware of that fact that they never provided me with ample notification, they promptly adjusted that cancellation date to reflect the time required by law. Pretty crappy huh? I have a court hearing upcoming April 2026. I don't think I'll need their coverage for my court case but if I did, I'd be up a creek without a paddle. I believe good things emerge from the bad. In this case, I was introduced to CCW Safe, the second longest running company in this space. I did loads of research and found them to be the best, well priced company out there, that really takes care of their members. Again, they ARE NOT an insurance company but a well-managed, member focused, self-defense company. CCW SAFE offers coverage that USCCA does not, and includes that coverage in their well-priced plans, all cheaper than USCCA. It didn't take me long to get on with them and start informing my thousands of students to look closely at CCW SAFE when making a decision on protection. In my opinion, there's no comparison.
