This course is intended for shooters that meet the qualifications for a CCW or already have one. The course covers;
Drawing and re-holstering from a concealed location, equipment selection, equipment management, malfunctions, target acquisition, off-hand shooting, cover and concealment, barricade shooting, moving and shooting, identifying potential threats, holding your attacker at gunpoint, the basics of emergency medical procedures, and after action reporting. We will use exercises and scenarios that increase your heart rate to simulate a stress encounter. You'll quickly see that standing flat-footed, shooting at a target that does not move or shoot back, is very easy as opposed to you having to run to cover and shooting your simulated assailant. This is a great skill-building course.
A $50.00 NON-REFUNDABLE registration deposit must be made online. Cancellation or re-scheduling of your registration requires a 48 hour notice and can be done by calling or emailing our office at info@riversideccwtraining.com. Emails are time/date stamped and must be received 48 hours prior to start time to be eligible for a refund. Failure to cancel or reschedule your registration within that 48 hour period, will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
