Women's Intro to Handguns

This is the perfect place to start ladies!  If you've pondered the thought of having to defend yourself, or wondered what it would be like to just shoot a gun or eventually own one, this is the best way to start.  Let us answer your questions and help you get started with the basics in our Women's Intro to Firearms.  No combat action mumbo-jumbo from guys wanting to "show you how macho they are" while trying to skim your number, and no intimidating instructors yelling at you like you're a Marine in basic training.  Our women instructors started exactly where you are today.  They've latched on, trained more, and eventually became Certified Instructors.  Now they want to give back so let them guide you through the process with patience and understanding.  We know what it's like to have your man try to show you how to shoot, and you know that never works well for any couple.

You'll learn basic parts of the firearm, the cartridge, proper grip, and most importantly, how to aim and squeeze the trigger.  We'll make recommendations on firearms to purchase, equipment, and other things that go well with your new found love.  This is as basic as classes get.  If you enjoy the class and want to learn more, then the NRA Basic Pistol Course (co-ed or women only) would be the next step.  No need to bring anything as we'll supply a myriad of different firearms, the ammo, eye and ear protection, and a really fun time!
