This course was developed in compliance with the Riverside and San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Departments Concealed Carry of Weapons Units to ensure full alignment with their approved curriculum standards, live-fire qualification and online application submission process. From content formatting to application documentation, this course is structured to match California's requirements for Resident and Non-Resident CCW applicants, making your certification and application process as smooth and efficient as possible.

THIS COURSE IS FOR SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY RESIDENTS

(INITIAL CCW CERTIFICATION)

This course is for all residents that reside in San Bernardino County and want to apply for a California CCW Permit. You must complete a 16-hour firearms safety training course and complete an in person live-fire qualification. You may list up to 3 firearms on your permit. You must qualify with each firearm.

THIS COURSE IS FOR SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY RESIDENTS

(RENEWAL CCW CERTIFICATION)

This course is for all residents that reside in San Bernardino County and want to renew their California CCW Permit. You must complete an 8-hour firearms safety training course and complete an in person live-fire qualification. You must qualify with each firearm (3 max).

THIS COURSE IS FOR NON-RESIDENTS (OUT OF STATE)

(INITIAL CCW CERTIFICATION)

This course is for eligible Non-Residents and want to apply for a California Non-Resident CCW Permit, with San Bernardino County. You must complete a 16-hour firearms safety training course and complete an in person live-fire qualification (in your state). You must qualify with each firearm (3 max).

THIS COURSE IS FOR NON-RESIDENTS (OUT OF STATE)

(RENEWAL CCW CERTIFICATION)

This course is for Non-Residents and want to renew their California Non-Resident CCW Permit, with San Bernardino County. You must complete an 8-hour firearms safety training course and complete an in person live-fire qualification (in your state). You must qualify with each firearm (3 max)

COURSE COMPLETION INSTRUCTIONS

Upon course completion, you will be able to download your final certificate of completion to submit with your online application. An automated email with final instructions to upload the required documentation to your online portal and book your live-fire qualification will follow.

Advanced Classes

Ok, so you've completed a Basic Pistol Course, maybe a CCW Prep or Dynamic Course, and your CCW Course. Do you stop there thinking you've got all the skills you need to defend yourself and your loved ones? Hardly! As I say in class all the time. "This is no longer a hobby, it's a life style."

Furthering your education so that you may be ready for any self-defense issue that you may encounter is absolutely necessary. Just because you have the card in your pocket and a gun on your hip does not make you "prepared". Certainly having a Red Dot Sight installed and weapon mounted light attached without knowing how to properly use them, doesn't make you John Wick either.

You have the basics. Now build on them. Continue working on the foundation and expanding from there. We have some advanced classes that will continue to build your skills. These classes are advanced in terms of what you know so far. They'll test you and push you to become better.
